This is a big event and it’s also a fun event held at a superb time in the August lull where anything celeb news related seems to be a bit thin on the ground and most celebs are off on their hols! The Teen Choice awards were held last night at the Gibson Amphitheatre Universal City, LA. The Winners List is massive and appears in the next post. Miley grabs the headline due to the sheer volume of awards she won, more details below.

This is now in its 11th Year and awards are arrived at by online voters in fields including, tv, film, sport and music.

First off Kim and Kourtney Kardashian plus other family members were at the event. Everything seems to be going haywire in the Kim camp, seems to have coincided with our fan site launch, or maybe just coincidence, giving us a major headache thats for sure. We have the Reggie Bush split drama, and now she’s gone blonde….is it a wig like last time, pretty good one if it is, whats going to happen next?? Secondly the KS lady that stars in a certain vampire flick beginning with T we do not mention on this site anymore for fear of crashing our server again. It’s literally weeks old launched officially 23 July, and still BETA with loads of new content on its way, currently starting to get noticed and waiting to crash again!.

Britney Spears had a win on the coveted award going by the very classy and top sounding “Ultimate Choice Award” an honorary award at this event and who better to win it. Black and new blonde straight look was the style and very nice indeed!

Miley Cyrus grabs the headline for this article as she managed to grab the most gongs coming away with a total of 6 and one very interesting award amongst the six called “Choice Movie Hissy Fit” what thats all about we have no idea but it was for her performance in Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Gossip Girl cleaned up on the TV Awards with wins for TV drama and acting honours for its stars Chace Crawford, Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick. Leighton Meester looked hot and her usual trademark red carpet bold at the event, she’s a shine or disaster dresser at these events and doesn’t give a damn either way, this number for us anyway…it’s a shine!

Tough call on the Red Carpet Showstopper, the fan site ladies KK and KS don’t get a look in on this one, they have their own headline and own site now, we think Vanessa Hudgens stole the show but only just, Leighton Meester did look hot indeed as did our fan site ladies, Van is into showing off her legs at the moment more so than usual, and if you’ve got it flaunt it, and why not we say.
